Township Components & Facilities

The Northwin Global City Bulacan is confirmed as the next global business district in Asia, like Singapore. Northwin Global City will carry Megaworld’s iTownship features like the installation of an underground cable system; solar-powered & LED streetlights, bicycle lanes, fiber optic cables, storm water detention facility for flood prevention, intermodal transport terminal, and other sustainable infrastructure for mobility and efficient networking. Aside from these state-of-the-art features, the township will have its own themed commercial district, high-rise residential condominiums, hotels, malls, mixed-use commercial buildings, educational institutions, and high-tech office towers. The modern central business center will dedicate 40% of the total land area for green and open spaces such as landscaped parks, civic spaces, and gardens. The township will also have sewage treatment plant and central material recovery facility for waste recycling, among other sustainable features.

Furthermore, Northwin Global City will host one of the stations of the Manila-Clark Railway Project. Once completed, future residents, locators, and even guests of the township will have the most convenient access to and from Metro Manila as well as to and from Clark International Airport. Not only that, once Northwin Global City is completed (turnover date on 2026), it will have convenient access to three international airports in Bulacan (NMIA), Clark (CIA-Pampanga), and Pasay (NAIA-Metro Manila). During this time, Northwin Global City hopes to create more jobs for Filipinos especially in this part of Central Luzon.
